Combination Routers and Ultrasonic Cutting Technology

Exceptionally versatile, combination machines enable users to take  advantage of the unique capabilities of each cutting method without changing the setup. 
The 6 axis high speed units are ideal for profiling or ultrasonically cutting composite materials, fiberglass pre-forms, honeycombs, both aluminum and non-metallic and cured carbon fiber structures. In addition, light cutting of non-ferrous materials can be accomplished.
Mounted on the gantry are either the ultrasonic cutting head or the router spindle, each of which operates independently. Features of each are identical to stand-alone routers and ultrasonic cutters.

     Combination machine options include:
