Interactive Postprocessor
The optional Interactive Postprocessor module enables the definition of process-specific details to describe how cutting or routing should be carried out. The definition of an element specific cutting sequence, cutting direction, etc. is possible for individual parts or entire nests. The tool path may be totally controlled. In addition, for routing machines, this software enables tool selection, height control, spindle management, placement of tags and contour approach.   Thus a specific part can be cut a certain specified way any time it is used in a nest at whatever angle it is placed.

  3D Nesting

The optional 3D Nesting modules enable nesting of three-dimensional parts for the cutting process on a 5 or 6-axis machine. Existing 5 or 6-axes part programs may be nested with the standard nesting modules, after the 3D Preprocessor module has analyzed these programs.

  3D Postprocessor

The 3D Postprocessor module generates a combined part program for the entire nest.

  Vision System Module

The optional Vision module should be used when irregular materials (such as leather hides or remnants) have to be processed. This software takes a picture of the material, deducts the outer and inner contours and enables the definition of quality zones and stretch directions for nesting on leather hides. This material data is then used by standard nesting modules.
